Availability:
- Limited mid-week evenings available. Evenings available for rent are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- Evening period is 8 hours including set up from 5 p.m.–1 a.m.
- Weekend day time available for rent for 8 hours from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Same rates apply.
- BH Event Spaces is not available for events on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They may be available for events on Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Canada Day, Labour Day and Thanksgiving and premium rates will apply.
- Rental rates are for 8 hours including set up and tear down. Additional required use will be billed to the client by Branksome Hall on an hourly basis.
Payment Terms:
- Dates can be held for 48 hours before a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
- 50% deposit required for all bookings.
- 15% School Venue Landmark fee levied by preferred caterers before tax on food, non-alcoholic beverages and staffing.
- Extra costs may be applicable depending on event: technician fee, additional facility labour fee, receptionist fee, excessive clean up and small damage repair and will be billed hourly with venue rental ($35-$45/hr per labour need).
Space Use:
- The roof top terrace and main level courtyard can be licensed and available for use until 11 p.m.
- Events serving alcohol require a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) which is handled through your Event Caterer of choice from our preferred list.
- Outdoor Rooftop Terrace and Courtyard are included in rental, availability is seasonal. Please confirm availability when booking your event.
- Limited site visits available in advance of event.
Rentals:
- Branksome Hall communal tables and chairs for 300 are available for rent from the school for $1500 per event, includes set up and teardown. Linens not included. Branksome Hall requires 2 weeks’ notice for use of furniture.
- Load in and load out and set up of furniture and other equipment and supplies is the responsibility of your caterer or planner.
Staffing:
- One Branksome Hall on-site representative is included in space rental fee and will be available to deal with any venue related inquiries.
- Two Branksome Hall security guards are included in the space rental fee for the duration of the rental.
- Additional security will be booked and billed by Branksome Hall, if needed.
